Opped by technical difficulties...

 Bună Bună!!

Highlights:

-Went to do service this week. Cataloged books that are going to be given to some kids in need, super fun!

-Went to a british/american family's house, the Taylors, and had some bomb pasta and salad. We had an awesome discussion about conference and then just our attitudes towards the gospel and life advice... it was delightful 😊

-Sora Starks birthday was on Thursday!!! It was a fun day! And transfers so we got to see some people coming in. (We're staying together though 🥳)

-Visited our returning member Sora Isac. It was awesome, she gave a life update and gave our romanian a run for its money. We gave her an invitation to watch conference and -Had a crazy family home evening at the house of our Filipina member, Lavender. 

-Conference Weekend!! So good and spiritually uplifting!!! Plus due to a translator taking over the other church in Buc, we had all the Buc missionaries in one building for conference!! It was a party for sure!

Not-so-Highlights:

-Our friend Carmen was going to watch conference with us but ended up leaving after we had some technical difficulties 🤦‍♀️

Gând Spiritual:

Man this General Conference session was jammed packed with amazing talks!! I'm so excited to go back read through them all! One of my favorites was from the Saturday Morning session, by Alexander Dushku. He shared about how we might not receive an instant pillar of light, or one piviotal testimony building event, but rather many small "rays" that weave together to form our testimonies. I love the idea of looking back on my life and finding and collecting the rays that have made up my testimony. As I have done this I have been able to see the Lords hand and work sprinkled through every aspect of my life. 

And today I have a little invitation, 1 is to watch all of general conference if you haven't and 2 what was one of your favorite talks and why!! I would love to hear what stood at to you at conference!! If you wanna share:)

Coast to Coast

 Bună Bună!!

Highlights:

- Exchange with the Cluj Surori! We did a comp study, lunch and service with Sora Fowler!!! Then we went finding and it was lit!! But I didn't realize everyone had left the church and that I didn't have keys and couldn't get to our stuff... so we missed our train. But we called pres and he said we could drive to...

-Constanța!! We went for our district activity and it was amazing. Constanța is a city right on the black sea and it is absolutely stunning. We cleaned up the beach for our activity!

- Then we drove back to buc and headed straight to the gara to take a sleeper train to Arad (my old area!!)

-It was so fun to see everything again and Sora Dabo!!! I also got to see old members and friends and it was soo amazing! My heart is so full💗

-Then we went back to Buc and had a regular Saturday, games night was basically a 3 hour soccer game, so absolutely no complaints here!! 

-Sunday was amazing!! Our friend Oana came to church!! And then we had a lesson with her after with a few of our members! Oana already expressed to us a desire to be a member so that was the plan for the lesson. She also came with her own questions and we ended up tackling law of chastity, word of wisdom, tithing, fasting and fast offerings, and serving in church callings. She wasn't opposed to any of it! So we extended the invitation to be baptized, she just started a new job and so she doesn't want to set a date yet... but please pray for Oana!! She's amazing and so ready!! 

Not-so-Highlights:

-It turns out going from one end of the country to another and then back to buc is a little tiring...

Gând Spiritual:

Alma 37:16-17

16) But if ye keep the commandments of God, and do with these things which are sacred according to that which the Lord doth command you, (for you must appeal unto the Lord for all things whatsoever ye must do with them) behold, no power of earth or hell can take them from you, for God is powerful to the fulfilling of all his words. 17) For he will fulfil all his promises which he shall make unto you, for he has fulfilled his promises which he has made unto our fathers.

God always keeps his promises. Don't forget it.
